My Classes

In every yoga class, I stress the importance of listening to your body and allowing your body to tell you what it needs. There might be days where your body is telling you "that pose ain't happening". And you want to tell your body "But you just did this pose two days ago". You're body is smarter than you. Listen up!


All my classes are Hatha style yoga. But no two classes will be the same. It's important to have fun in class, try something new, and not feel defeated if you aren't "as good as the person next to" you.

Wake Up Vinyasa

Start Your Morning on the Mat

Join me at Reach at 6:15am. Greet your morning with Sun Salutations to get your day started. We'll end class with a quick meditation to center yourself to be able to tackle anything thrown at you the rest of the day.

Private Class

1-on-1 or small groups

Looking for more personal attention? Consider a private lesson with just you or a few friends. Private lessons are a great way to experience yoga in a less structured environment.
